All of our sites at Palm Creek are back-in sites and a minimum of 40′ wide by 50′ deep. Each is equipped with patio pads and full hook-ups, including 50 amps, cable TV, water, sewer and electricity. Wi-Fi service is available through our provider, DISH.
Due to the depth of our sites, there is a minimum rig length restriction of 23′ (although exceptions can be made for those who have proper extension cords and hoses.) There is a policy of RV’s, 5th Wheels and Travel Trailers being 10 years or newer in age. Exceptions may be made by management. Because our sites are all back-in, they require a Ranger to escort you to your site; therefore, it is required that guests have a tow vehicle with them. A maximum of two vehicles are allowed on site.

RV SITE BOOKING INFORMATION
Utilities: Utilities are charged for stays of one month or longer. $30/month for sewer and trash and electricity is charged on actual usage.
Check-out Time & Procedure: Check-out time for all guests is 11:00 am.
Reservation Policy: The office assigns sites. Sites are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Rates are based on two person occupancy. Extra charges may apply for additional guests. Reservations prior to arrival are highly recommended.
Deposits: To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of $400 upon booking for monthly stays or longer. Deposit for Daily & Weekly reservations is $50.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Month or longer reservation – With 30 days or more notice, $50 cancellation fee ($350 returned). Emergency medical reason – 100% returned; No fee. Daily and Weekly reservations – $25 cancellation fee. With no notice given, guest forfeits their deposit.
